All golfers can relate to the need for good balance throughout the golf swing in order to make solid contact and get the ball moving in the right direction.

But as simple as many think it may be when you are standing in one spot and the ball isn’t moving, it’s amazing to see how often many players throw themselves off-balance with herky-jerky swing movements or poor timing.
