During the holiday season, PGA of Canada pros give back to their communities by fundraising for local food banks and this year they did something new...

Originally started by Head Professional Jacklynn Miller (shown above left) at the South Muskoka Curling & Golf Club, PGA of Canada professionals across the country now gather non-perishable food items from their local community to donate.

This year, in partnership with G&G Brands, a limited edition long sleeve shirt was designed and sold with all proceeds going to the food bank.

PGA of BC member and Head Professional at St. Eugene Mission, Cindy Soukoroff posted this pic to Twitter with the comment, “Thank you @JacklynnMiller and @ggbrandsca  for the #FoodForeFamilies drive again this year to support @foodbankscanada! I should have remembered to take a photo before starting the lefse though. Merry Christmas everyone!”

All 100 of the shirts have been sold, however, there are still a few in XL available for only the cost of shipping!

The good folks at Clic Gear have purchased the remaining shirts and are offering them to anyone who’d like one.
